Con questo 7" facciamo un tuffo nel punk-rock delle origini, i Cooks propongono questi due pezzi molto schietti e ispirati a grandi band del passato come Ramones, Heartbreakers e Dead Boys. La registrazione è buona, i suoni quelli anni '70 e la voce di Fabrizio Cimolino ruvida e corposa (i testi sono in inglese). Dei due brani The Way I Choose è senz'altro il più melodico, in stile ballad, mentre You Make Me Feel So Sick è più grezzo e aggressivo. Niente di particolarmente originale, solo, e non è poco, punk-rock genuino!
